Our Story
Sicon Revan was born from a simple belief: people deserve better than just a job.
In the early 1990s, Hester van Putten made a decision that most people would not have the courage to make. At 40, after a career dedicated to supporting others as a teacher for the hearing impaired, she started over. She saw an island full of talent and a market that was treating workers as numbers. She believed there was a better way.
What she built was not just a staffing agency. It was a commitment to the workers who needed a real employer behind them, and to the properties that needed staff they could actually trust.
Today her son André van Putten leads Sicon Revan into its next chapter. The industry has changed. The island has grown. But the belief that started everything has not. When you treat people right, invest in them and hold them to a real standard, everyone wins. The worker, the property and the industry they both serve.
That is what Sicon Revan has been doing for over 30 years. And it is what we will keep doing.
