Front Office Agent

Front Desk Agents create an important first and last impression for hotel guests. This role requires warm communication, accuracy and calm problem-solving. Regular and relief assignments may be available, and candidates will be matched according to their experience and availability.
You will be employed by Sicon Revan and assigned to one of our client properties in Aruba. Sicon Revan manages your employment contract, payroll, confirmed benefits and placement support. The client’s name and complete assignment details will be shared with suitable candidates during the selection process.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and complete check-in and check-out procedures.
- Answer questions, coordinate requests and respond professionally to concerns.

Communicate important updates to housekeeping, maintenance and security.
- Protect guest information and follow cash, key and privacy procedures.
- Maintain accurate reservations, guest records, payments and shift information.
Must Have
- Valid Aruba work permit or Dutch passport.
- Previous front-desk, reservations or strong customer-service experience.
- Professional English and clear verbal and written communication.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn property-management systems.
- Availability for rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Nice to have
- Hotel, resort or vacation-property front-office experience.
- Experience using a property-management or reservations system.
- Cashiering or night-audit experience.
- Papiamento, Spanish or Dutch.
