Assistant Server

Assistant Servers support the service team by preparing tables, delivering items and keeping the dining area organized throughout service. This is a fast-paced, guest-facing role for someone who communicates well, notices what the team needs and is eager to learn.
You will be employed by Sicon Revan and assigned to one of our client properties in Aruba. Sicon Revan manages your employment contract, payroll, confirmed benefits, onboarding and placement support. The client’s name and complete assignment details will be shared with suitable candidates during the selection process.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, clean and reset tables according to outlet standards.
- Serve water, bread and other items as directed by the service team.
- Clear used dishes and maintain clean, organized service stations.
- Support servers with guest requests and communicate updates promptly.
- Follow food-safety, hygiene and guest-service procedures.
Must Have
- Valid work permit for Aruba.
- Availability for rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for a full shift and carry trays or service items safely.
- Professional English and a warm, respectful guest-service attitude.
- Strong teamwork, attention and willingness to learn.
Nice to have
- Previous restaurant, banquet or hospitality experience.
- Food-handling or hygiene training.
- Experience carrying trays or setting formal tables.
- Papiamento, Spanish or Dutch.
