Towel Hut Attendants welcome guests, distribute towels and keep pool or recreation areas organized and properly supplied. This is an active, guest-facing role for someone who communicates warmly, handles supplies accurately and is comfortable working outdoors.
You will be employed by Sicon Revan and assigned to one of our client properties in Aruba. Sicon Revan manages your employment contract, payroll, confirmed benefits and placement support. The client’s name and complete assignment details will be shared with suitable candidates during the selection process.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and distribute or collect towels according to property procedures.
- Maintain accurate towel counts and report shortages or damaged items.
- Keep the towel hut and surrounding guest areas clean and organized.
- Replenish towels and other supplies and prepare the area for each shift.
- Answer basic guest questions and communicate requests to the appropriate department.
Must Have
- Valid Aruba work permit or Dutch passport.
- Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Comfort working outdoors in heat, sun and wind.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move bundles of towels and supplies safely.
- Conversational English sufficient to assist guests and understand instructions.
Nice to have
- Previous hotel, pool, beach or recreation experience.
- Inventory or supply-control experience.
- Customer-service experience.
- Papiamento, Spanish or Dutch.
