Overnight Public Area Attendant

Overnight Public Area Attendants keep hotel lobbies, corridors, restrooms and shared spaces clean, safe and ready for the next day. This role is suited to someone who works carefully and independently, notices details and can maintain high cleaning standards throughout the night.
You will be employed by Sicon Revan and assigned to one of our client properties in Aruba. Sicon Revan manages your employment contract, payroll, confirmed benefits and placement support. The client’s name and complete assignment details will be shared with suitable candidates during the selection process.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain lobbies, corridors, restrooms and other assigned public areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, sanitize and complete scheduled deep-cleaning tasks.
- Remove waste and replenish restroom and cleaning supplies.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and place warning signs when required.
- Respond promptly to spills, hazards and urgent overnight cleaning requests.
Must Have
- Valid Aruba work permit or Dutch passport.
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions and complete assigned tasks without constant supervision.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift and perform active cleaning duties throughout the shift.
- Basic English sufficient to understand instructions and safety procedures.
Nice to have
- Reliable transportation for overnight working hours.
- Previous hotel, overnight-cleaning or commercial-cleaning experience.
- Experience using commercial floor-cleaning machines and equipment.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe-handling procedures.
