We are looking for an experienced Barista who combines excellent coffee preparation skills with warm, attentive and professional guest service. This position involves preparing and serving high-quality coffee, espresso-based beverages and other refreshments while maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation and consistency.
The ideal candidate is confident working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, pays close attention to guest preferences and takes pride in delivering a consistently positive experience. Professionalism, teamwork, attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs are essential.
You will be employed by Sicon Revan and assigned to one of our client properties in Aruba. Sicon Revan manages your employment contract, payroll, confirmed benefits and placement support. The client's name and complete assignment details will be shared with suitable candidates during the selection process.
