Room Attendant

Room Attendants create the clean, comfortable and welcoming environment guests expect. This is active, detail-focused work for someone who takes pride in cleanliness, respects guest privacy and can maintain high standards throughout the shift. Daytime, evening and turndown assignments may be available.
You will be employed by Sicon Revan and assigned to one of our client properties in Aruba. Sicon Revan manages your employment contract, payroll, confirmed benefits, onboarding and placement support. The client’s name and complete assignment details will be shared with suitable candidates during the selection process.
Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to property standards.
- Make beds, replace linens and replenish guest supplies.
- Clean bathrooms, floors, furniture and other room surfaces thoroughly.
- Report maintenance problems, damaged items and lost property promptly.
- Protect guest privacy and follow room-access and safety procedures.
Must Have
- Valid work permit for Aruba.
- Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to perform active work, including standing, bending and moving supplies.
- Strong attention to detail and respect for guest privacy.
- Basic English sufficient to understand instructions and safety procedures.
Nice to have
- Previous housekeeping, room-attendant or cleaning experience.
- Experience at a hotel, resort or vacation property.
- Turndown-service or luxury-property experience.
- Papiamento, Spanish or Dutch.
