Cooks prepare consistent, high-quality food while keeping the kitchen organized, safe and ready for service. We welcome cooks with different levels of professional experience and will match suitable candidates with assignments based on their skills and kitchen background.
You will be employed by Sicon Revan and assigned to one of our client properties in Aruba. Sicon Revan manages your employment contract, payroll, confirmed benefits, onboarding and placement support. The client’s name and complete assignment details will be shared with suitable candidates during the selection process.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and menu items according to recipes and property standards.
- Cook, plate and present food accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, organized and properly stocked workstation.
- Store, label and rotate food according to food-safety procedures.
- Communicate with the kitchen team to support smooth and timely service.
Must Have
- Valid work permit for Aruba.
- Previous professional kitchen or food-production experience.
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking and kitchen-safety procedures.
- Availability for rotating shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to remain organized and work efficiently during busy service periods.
Nice to have
- Culinary training or certification.
- Experience in hotel, resort, banquet or high-volume kitchens.
- Food-handler or hygiene certification.
- Experience working in more than one kitchen station.
