Landscapers maintain the plants, grounds and outdoor areas that contribute to a welcoming hospitality environment. This is active outdoor work for someone with practical plant knowledge, safe work habits and pride in keeping a property attractive.
You will be employed by Sicon Revan and assigned to one of our client properties in Aruba. Sicon Revan manages your employment contract, payroll, confirmed benefits and placement support. The client’s name and complete assignment details will be shared with suitable candidates during the selection process.
Responsibilities
- Maintain plants, lawns, garden beds and assigned outdoor areas.
- Prune, water, weed, clean and support irrigation tasks.
- Identify common plant needs, pests and visible signs of stress.
- Use landscaping tools and equipment safely and responsibly.
- Keep guest-facing outdoor areas attractive and free of hazards.
Must Have
- Valid Aruba work permit or Dutch passport.
- Practical knowledge of plants and basic plant care.
- Previous landscaping, gardening or grounds-maintenance experience.
- Ability to perform active outdoor work in heat, sun and changing weather.
- Availability for the assigned schedule, including weekends when required.
Nice to have
- Hotel, resort or commercial-property landscaping experience.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems.
- Training in horticulture or grounds maintenance.
- Experience maintaining tropical plants.
