Public Area Attendant

Public Area Attendants keep hotel lobbies, corridors, restrooms, commercial areas and shared spaces clean and welcoming. This role is suited to someone who notices details, works independently and understands that public areas must remain presentable throughout the day.
You will be employed by Sicon Revan and assigned to one of our client properties in Aruba. Sicon Revan manages your employment contract, payroll, confirmed benefits, onboarding and placement support. The client’s name and complete assignment details will be shared with suitable candidates during the selection process.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain lobbies, corridors, restrooms and assigned public areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and sanitize surfaces according to property standards.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged items and unusual conditions.
- Respond promptly to spills, hazards and urgent cleaning requests.
- Remove waste and replenish restroom and cleaning supplies.
Must Have
- Valid work permit for Aruba.
- Availability for rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend and perform active cleaning duties throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, safety and property appearance.
- Basic English sufficient to understand instructions and respond to simple guest requests.
Nice to have
- Previous hotel, commercial-cleaning or public-area experience.
- Experience using commercial cleaning equipment and products.
- Guest-service experience.
- Papiamento, Spanish or Dutch.
