Housemen help housekeeping operations run smoothly by keeping room attendants supplied and completing essential support tasks throughout the property. This is an active, team-focused role for someone who works efficiently, handles supplies responsibly and takes pride in maintaining an organized environment.
You will be employed by Sicon Revan and assigned to one of our client properties in Aruba. Sicon Revan manages your employment contract, payroll, confirmed benefits and placement support. The client’s name and complete assignment details will be shared with suitable candidates during the selection process.
Responsibilities
- Deliver clean linens, towels, guest amenities and housekeeping supplies to assigned areas.
- Collect soiled linen, waste and used supplies and transport them to the appropriate locations.
- Restock housekeeping closets, carts and storage areas according to department needs.
- Assist room attendants with heavy items, furniture, rollaway beds and other room-setup tasks.
- Complete assigned cleaning tasks in corridors, service areas and other housekeeping spaces.
Must Have
- Valid Aruba work permit or Dutch passport.
- Availability for rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull and safely lift or move linens, supplies and furniture throughout the shift.
- Ability to work efficiently, follow instructions and support multiple housekeeping needs.
- Ability to follow safe lifting, chemical-handling and workplace-safety procedures.

Basic English sufficient to understand instructions and respond to simple guest requests.
Nice to have
- Previous hotel, resort, housekeeping or commercial-cleaning experience.
- Experience with linen distribution, inventory or supply handling.
- Experience using commercial cleaning equipment.
- Papiamento, Spanish or Dutch.
