Maintenance Technician / Engineer

Maintenance Technicians keep guest rooms, public areas and operational equipment working safely and reliably. We are looking for experienced maintenance professionals who can troubleshoot problems, complete repairs and work respectfully in an active hospitality environment.
You will be employed by Sicon Revan and assigned to one of our client properties in Aruba. Sicon Revan manages your employment contract, payroll, confirmed benefits, onboarding and placement support. The client’s name and complete assignment details will be shared with suitable candidates during the selection process.
Responsibilities
- Complete preventive-maintenance inspections and assigned repairs.
- Diagnose faults and communicate the required action, materials and downtime.
- Respond to maintenance requests from guest rooms and operational departments.
- Maintain accurate work-order records and report recurring problems.
- Use tools, equipment and protective measures according to safety procedures.
Must Have
- Valid work permit for Aruba.
- Relevant hotel, commercial-building or facilities-maintenance experience.
- Practical troubleshooting ability in at least one technical area.
- Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment safely.
- Availability for the assigned schedule and emergency call-outs when required.
Nice to have
- Experience in HVAC, electrical work, plumbing or refrigeration.
- Technical training, certification or a relevant licence.
- Multi-skilled hotel-maintenance experience.
- Experience using preventive-maintenance or work-order systems.
