Security Officer

Security Officers help maintain a safe, orderly and welcoming environment for guests, employees and visitors. This role requires strong observation, sound judgment and the ability to respond calmly and professionally when concerns arise.
You will be employed by Sicon Revan and assigned to one of our client properties in Aruba. Sicon Revan manages your employment contract, payroll, confirmed benefits and placement support. The client’s name and complete assignment details will be shared with suitable candidates during the selection process.
Responsibilities
- Monitor assigned areas and complete patrol or access-control duties.
- Respond calmly to incidents, hazards, guest concerns and policy violations.
- Document observations and incidents accurately and promptly.
- Coordinate with management and emergency services when required.
- Maintain a visible, respectful and hospitality-minded professional presence.
Must Have
- Valid Aruba work permit or Dutch passport.
- Relevant security, safety, law-enforcement or protective-services experience.
- Strong observation, integrity, judgment and conflict-management skills.

Availability for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to meet any security-certification requirements for the assignment.
Nice to have
- Hotel or hospitality-security experience.
- First-aid, CPR or safety training.
- CCTV, access-control or crowd-management experience.
- Papiamento, Spanish or Dutch.
