Turn Down Attendant

Turndown Attendants prepare and refresh occupied guest rooms for the evening, creating a clean, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. This role is suited to someone who notices small details, works quietly and respects guest privacy.
You will be employed by Sicon Revan and assigned to one of our client properties in Aruba. Sicon Revan manages your employment contract, payroll, confirmed benefits and placement support. The client’s name and complete assignment details will be shared with suitable candidates during the selection process.
Responsibilities
- Refresh and prepare occupied guest rooms for the evening.
- Turn down beds and arrange curtains, lighting and room presentation.
- Replace used towels, remove waste and replenish guest amenities.
- Follow guest-privacy, room-access and Do Not Disturb procedures.
- Report maintenance issues, guest requests and lost property promptly.
Must Have
- Valid Aruba work permit or Dutch passport.
- Availability for evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and respect for guest privacy.
- Ability to stand, bend and perform active work throughout the shift.
- Basic English sufficient to understand instructions and safety procedures.
Nice to have
- Previous turndown, room-attendant or housekeeping experience.
- Experience working at a hotel, resort or luxury property.
- Knowledge of guest-room presentation and housekeeping standards.
- Papiamento, Spanish or Dutch.
