Vacation Rental Housekeeper (Airbnb & Villas)

Vacation Rental Housekeepers take responsibility for transforming an entire property from post-departure condition into a clean, organized and fully guest-ready home. This position involves much more than basic cleaning: each property must be completed according to a detailed checklist and reference photos, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, laundry, bed making and final presentation.
One housekeeper may work independently inside a property for five to eight hours. The priority is careful, consistent work and full ownership of the property—not rushing or cutting corners. The selected person must be comfortable receiving feedback, correcting any items identified during the final inspection and learning the specific standards of multiple vacation homes.
You will be employed by Sicon Revan and assigned to properties managed by one of our clients in Aruba. Sicon Revan manages your employment contract, payroll, confirmed benefits and placement support. The client’s name and complete assignment details will be shared with suitable candidates during the selection process.
Responsibilities
- Complete full turnover of vacation-rental properties between guest departure and the next arrival.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, floors, household appliances and other assigned spaces.
- Wash, dry, inspect and fold linens and towels on-site and make beds according to property standards.
- Manage cleaning tasks and washer and dryer cycles efficiently so the entire property is completed on time.
- Follow property- specific checklists and reference photos exactly
- Inspect the entire property before completion and correct any items identified during the final quality inspection
- Report damage, missing items, maintenance concerns and supply shortages promptly.
Must Have
- Valid Aruba work permit or Dutch passport.
- Previous professional experience cleaning complete vacation rentals, villas, private homes or hotel guest rooms
- Experience cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and multiple bedrooms and completing laundry and bed-making duties
- Ability to work alone inside a property for five to eight hours while remaining productive and focused
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow written checklists and reference photos exactly
- Strong time-management skills, including the ability to coordinate cleaning with washer and dryer cycles
- Ability to perform sustained physical cleaning work, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting and making multiple beds
- Trustworthiness and respect for private homes, possessions, appliances, furniture and décor
- Willingness to receive feedback and correct work promptly when required
- Reliable attendance, punctuality and dependable transportation to different properties

- Professional private-home housekeeping experience.
- Additional languages
- Experience restocking guest supplies and reporting damages, missing items or maintenance concerns.
- Availability according to guest departure and arrival schedules, including weekends and holidays when required
